On April 2, 2025, the first-ever seminar was held, bringing together teams from AGS’s Western Europe HR cluster (Dunkirk, Fos-sur-Mer, and Luxembourg). This strategic event was an opportunity to strengthen team cohesion and define the major objectives for Human Resources for 2025.
The seminar kicked off a number of structural projects that will breathe new life into AGS in the years to come. Key initiatives to be launched include the creation of an optimized onboarding program for new recruits, the development of an AGS welcome booklet, and the expansion of our partnerships with local schools to recruit our future work-study students.
The objective is clear: to modernize our HR practices and strengthen our employer brand. All these developments will be communicated to you in detail through internal channels.
