AGS Luxembourg participated for the first time in October 2024 in European Health and Safety at Work Week. This initiative, whose 2024 edition focused on the crucial theme of “safe and healthy work in the digital age,” aims to raise awareness among all employees of the importance of preserving their physical and mental well-being.
The week had two objectives: to promote favorable working conditions and to prevent risks. To this end, employees attended a relevant training course entitled “The art of being a good stressor,” which enabled them to understand the causes of stress and acquire the techniques needed to protect themselves effectively.
At the same time, awareness was raised by displaying key messages. Posters highlighted the dangers of tobacco and alcohol, while others promoted good posture practices at work. AGS Luxembourg intends to continue these health and safety initiatives and renew its participation in this annual event.
