In October 2024, Alliance Green Services (AGS) Belgium reached a historic milestone at its Genk site, achieving more than 1,000 consecutive days without a lost-time injury (LTI). This success is proof of the exemplary commitment of all employees and partners, whose strict adherence to procedures is key to this performance.
In the industrial sector, constant vigilance is essential, which is why AGS Genk invests heavily in the continuous training of its teams. To ensure safety at all times, numerous specialized training sessions have been set up, covering VCA (environmental safety and health) training, first aid, firefighting, working at height, and local safety regulations (LSGR).
In addition, all employees, including subcontractors, are actively involved in the AGS Leadership Safety initiative, which aims to take our safety culture to the next level. AGS Belgium remains firmly committed to improving risk communication at all levels and proactively correcting unsafe behavior, because shared vigilance is our top priority.
