On April 29, 2025, AGS organized a major Health and Safety Day at its Differdange site in Luxembourg. This key event highlighted our ongoing commitment to mobilizing and raising awareness among all employees about best practices in the workplace and occupational risk prevention.
Innovation was at the heart of the day, particularly through the use of virtual reality (VR) workshops. This immersive technology allowed employees to experience ultra-realistic work environments, promoting concrete identification of hazards. Whether dealing with the movement of handling equipment, compliance with safety rules, or managing high-risk situations, these virtual role-playing games reinforced awareness and accident prevention reflexes.
The very positive feedback from participants confirmed the relevance of these programs and the importance of continuing them. This initiative perfectly illustrates our determination to use modern, educational tools to establish a shared culture of safety based on vigilance and individual and collective responsibility. Safety is and will remain a daily priority for everyone at AGS.
