Alliance Green Services is firmly committed to apprenticeships and work-study programs, which we consider to be the best way to train future talent for our industry. Once again this year, we have signed numerous contracts, demonstrating our desire to integrate and professionalize young people.
We are delighted to share the testimony of Manon, currently studying for a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management. At AGS, Manon works as a generalist HR assistant and is actively involved in a variety of tasks such as recruitment, administrative management, and training. Her schedule of three days at work and two days at school allows her to immediately apply theoretical concepts and develop crucial practical skills.
Manon chose the industrial sector for its dynamism and the breadth of challenges it offers. She says she feels particularly fulfilled at AGS, highlighting the team spirit and constant support of her colleagues. This trust is reflected in the interesting and rewarding assignments she is given, ensuring her full integration.
Although the work-study program requires good organization and can be intense at times, Manon sees the essential advantage of staying connected to the working world while continuing her studies. For her, this immersion is the best way to gain the professional experience she needs and develop the key skills for her future career in Human Resources.
